RETURNS

All sales are FINAL and cannot be canceled once placed. We don't  accept returns or exchanges due to sanitary reasons. 

 

SHIPPING POLICY

Moni Beauty Lashes is not responsible for any packages that are delayed due to mishandling by carrier, undeliverable addresses, weather, incorrect contact information for all shipments. Once your package has left Moni Beauty Lashes, I am not liable for any damaged, delayed or lost packages. If your package says "Delivered", but did not receive package or shipping statues has not updated. Contact the company that your tracking number belongs to. 

 

Customers are responsible for inputting the correct information for the orders billing and shipping address. Always double check your address for any mistakes or missing apartment numbers. I process all orders fairly fast so any requests for address change will not be guaranteed. Undeliverable addresses include: missing PO Box Numbers, incomplete addresses, undeliverable addresses or return to sender. 

 

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING ?

I ship first class, our shipping is very fast. Usually takes 2-5 days (not including processing time). Please allow 1-3 days for processing time. 

 

We ship on Fridays .
